Whether it's a total house transformation or a single room remodel, our goal at Renaissance Restoration is to create lasting work that is true to the original architecture and design of the house.
THE PROCESS
It starts with a meeting and walk-thru of your project. We look at your ideas, Pins, Houzz boards, drawings, and other inspiration. On larger projects we may recommend a designer or architect if needed. From there, it's all about communication.
THE BUDGET
Once the scope and plan of the project are decided and materials chosen, we submit a detailed written budget listing all labor and material cost for the job. This will also include a time line for completion as well as any unknown contingencies. Any changes or additions to the work are detailed and submitted for approval before any work is started.
