Living room before and after. New lighting, wallpaper, paint and window treatments.
This before picture of the den shows a drop ceiling right on top of the windows.
The ceiling was raised, bookshelves were installed on the facing wall to match, fireplace surround was updated.
The old kitchen had dated cabinets and appliances. Tile floor was very busy!
New cabinets, appliances, flooring countertops.
The existing dining room was pushed out eight feet, floor was weaved in, entire room was paneled in cherry.

Entire kitchen was gutted and rebuilt. Windows at back were changed to French doors.

Side porch was turned was an office from the 60's. It was gutted and turned back into an office. The original terra cotta floor was refurbished, windows added from salvage house.
This period pink bathroom was unable to be saved due to extensive water damage and burst pipes. Instead it was replaced with period tile and fixtures.
